Returns & Refunds

For faulty goods, please contact us via info@platinumpleasure.co.uk and wait for us to email you a returns label and return instructions.

Platinum Pleasure will honour any reasonable return but as a general guideline:

Unwanted goods
A refund for goods returned to us as unwanted will be less a 25% restocking charge, subject to the following conditions:
– The goods must be unused
– The goods must be in their original condition & packaging (including shrink wrapping, seals etc)
– The goods must be received by us within 7 days from the day you receive your order

If we suspect that the goods have been used or any of the above conditions are not met then we reserve the right to return the goods to you.

Items supplied in sealed packaging that have been opened are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

For unwanted goods, the cost of return postage falls to you, as our customer.

Faulty goods
We operate a one year returns policy for faulty goods.

Please contact us via info@platinumpleasure.co.uk and wait for us to email you a returns label and return instructions.

Please send the item back to us with a note stating the reason for return, the preferred outcome (exchange or refund) and the order reference number for the original purchase. We will exchange the item for you, or refund you if this is not possible.
